1. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. However, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise stated. This is in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

2. Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items

To qualify for a return in such cases:

 • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

 • Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault (photos where possible).

 • Products must not have been used in a manner that caused the damage.

What we offer:

 • Repair: If the issue is minor and repairable, we will repair it at no cost.

 • Replacement: If a replacement is available, we will send it free of charge.

Refund: Refund: If a replacement or repair is not suitable, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

- The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and legal reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

 • Clearance or sale items.

 • Custom-made or special-order products.

 • Products damaged after purchase due to misuse or mishandling.

 • Gift cards and vouchers.

4. Return Process

 1. Contact Us: Mamad put your Email Address or Phone Number there within the eligible period.

 2. Return Authorization: Contact our team. 

 3. Shipping: Return the product using a tracked courier service. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

 4. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the product and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

 • Refund Method: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method.

 • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

 • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
