Our Online 7 Days Returns Policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your rug purchased online, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
If Within 7 days you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a full refund, once we receive the rug in the same condition that you have received it.
Please note that the shipping will need to be paid by you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The items must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received them. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a refund of the cost of posting your items back to us but may offer this at our discretion.
Your signature for receipt of the products from the delivery courier is your acknowledgment that you have received them in good condition. Please check the goods on arrival before signing for them and bring it to the attention of the courier company at the time of delivery if they are damaged.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on purchases due to "Change of Mind" and on items on "discount / Sale".
Please note that we take every measure to ensure an accurate representation of the product's colour, though we cannot compensate for the viewer's monitor or color settings. Actual product color may vary. We also offer Free In-Home trials to help you on your purchasing decisions before you buy.
