DESCRIPTION: Yazd is a provincial capital right in the middle of Iran, used as a caravan route to the East of Iran’s salt desert it produces some lovely carpets.

The carpets are based on a cotton foundation with durable, fine wool.

Persian Yazd rugs consist of a central medallion framed in a symmetrical border.
